St. Austin City Lights Gala

Our prom-themed gala is just around the corner on Friday, November 8, and we’re getting more excited by the day! The chairs and committee members wanted to share a few hints to help you prepare for this unforgettable event.
 
We are transforming the gym into the Prom Night of your dreams. Embracing the Sparkles and Sequins theme, we’ll bring shimmer and shine to this otherwise athletic space, creating the perfect backdrop for Eagles parents and alums to enjoy a truly memorable night.

The Paseo will be unrecognizable—transformed into a lounge and outdoor escape with its own special bar. But you might not want to escape, as after dinner, we’ll be dancing the night away to the tunes of DJ Dirk Vander Ploeg, spinning prom-worthy pop hits well into the night.

We’ve partnered with a new caterer, and the bespoke menu is inspired, delicious, and a complete surprise—you’ll just have to come and experience it yourself! As for the bar, we can give you a sneak peek. Expect a curated open bar featuring cocktails crafted by Still Austin Whiskey, El Jimador Tequila, Tito’s Vodka, Zephyr Gin, and Foxes Bow Irish Whiskey. Plus, ABGB is donating craft beer, and CK Mondavi Family will be bringing both red and white wines.
