This year, St. Austin Catholic School celebrates the launch of it's tenth Annual Giving Campaign: With Faith You Can Make A Difference, Be The Difference! The theme comes from the School’s 107 year old mission to prepare students to be Christ-centered, academically strong, moral community leaders through:
Reuniting St. Austin Catholic Church and School into one building, one mission to serve, and one community
Connecting the Dominican and Paulist missions and histories
Encouraging students, alums, parents and parishioners to be involved in both academic and extracurricular activities
Providing funds that supplement tuition and help to finance the cost of a SACS education for every student
Ensuring St. Austin Catholic School continues to offer the next generation of students a quality faith-based education

We need YOU!
The most efficient way for supporters to make a monetary gift to the school is through the Annual Fund. Because there is no fundraising cost for this effort, 100% of each contribution is used for school needs. All school families, friends and alums, staff and St. Austin Catholic parishioners are asked to participate in the Annual Fund to the fullest extent they are financially able. 2024-2025 Annual Giving officially started on July 1, the start of the new fiscal year. Thank you to those of you who have already participated. Your gifts directly impact the lives of each student, (all 200 of them!).
Annual Giving provides unrestricted dollars that support the School’s operating budget, including:Professional growth and development
Classroom Enrichment services
Enhancements to the educational and co-curricular programs
Technology
Athletics
Arts
Classroom material
Tuition Assistance for deserving students

Donor Designated Gifts
Donor Designated (restricted-use) Gifts may also be offered through the Annual Fund. They provide enhancements to the school’s programs beyond the annual operating budget. For example, gifts may be made to tuition assistance, academic and athletic programs, the arts and cultural enrichment, faculty professional development, technology and physical plant enhancements. Donors may also wish to make a gift in honor or in memory of a loved one.

Grants: A Collective Effort
Participation by 100% of school families is critical for the School as we approach outside supporters and foundations for grant opportunities. When approaching potential external supporters for school funding, it is imperative to demonstrate strong internal support for the School through the Annual Fund. Foundations often consider the participation rate of donors as they determine the level at which they will support our School. Gifts of any amount are greatly appreciated and aid in our goal of 100% participation.
