ADMISSIONS PROCESS/APPLY NOW
We are currently accepting applications for the 2017 - 2018 school year. Applications for the 2018 - 2019 school year will be avalaible online in late October.
- Complete an Online Application
To begin the application process, you can complete and submit an online application along with the non-refundable application fee. Applications for the 2017 - 2018 school year can be submitted anytime. Applications for the 2018 - 2019 school year must be submitted by Monday, February 19th, 2018.
- Submit the following documents
Copy of Students Birth Certificate
Copy of Students Immunization Record
Copy of Certificates of any Sacraments the applicant has
received (If applicant is Catholic)
These documents can be submitted three ways.

- Request Transcripts
For students applying for 2nd - 8th grade, parents must contact students current school and submit the Transcript Release Form. Upon receiving this form your child's current school will send SACS the last two years of your child's full school transcripts. We require the past two years of an applicant's grades, attendance and copies of the last two-year standardized test results.
- Teacher Recommendation
All applicants are required to submit one letter of recommendation from a current teacher. Please print this form and give to the teacher of your choice and ask that they fax or email a copy to the admissions office.

- Admissions Exam
All applicants applying for PK 4 - 8th grade must take an admissions exam. Testing is conducted at SACS and can be scheduled with our admissions office. For students applying for 2nd - 8th these exams are typically conducted during the applicants Shadow Visit (See below).
- Student Shadow Visit
Students applying for PK 3 - 1st grade are required to schedule a short Shadow Visit at SACS. This visit can be scheduled with the Admissions Office. During this visit the applicant will visit the classroom of the grade the student is applying for. For our 3 and 4 year old applicants parents are welcome to stay with their child during this visit. Before or after this visit we will conduct our admissions exam. PK 3 students are not required to take an admissions exam.
For all 2nd - 8th grade applicants a full day shadow visit is required, when possible, as part of our admissions process. During this shadow visit we will administer our admissions exam.
- PK 3 Parent Questionnaire
Parents who are applying for PK 3 must submit a completed PK 3 Parent Questionnaire, in addition to the online application.
