Application PROCESS

We are currently accepting applications for the 2018 - 2019 school year. Applications for the 2019 - 2020 school year will be available online on October 8th, 2018. 

Step 1: Complete an Online Application

Step 2: Submit the Following Documents

  • Immunization Record

  • Birth Certificate

  • Baptismal Certificate (If Applicable)

  • Teacher Letter of Recommendation

All applicants are required to submit one letter of recommendation from a current teacher. Please print this form and give to the teacher of your choice and ask that they fax or email a copy to the admissions office.

These documents can be submitted two ways:

Step 3: Admissions Exam

All applicants (PK 3 - 8th grade) must take an admissions exam. Testing is conducted at SACS and can be scheduled with our admissions office. For students applying for 2nd - 8th these exams are typically conducted during the applicants Shadow Visit (See below).

Step 4: Student Shadow Visit

Students applying for PK 3 - 1st grade are required to schedule a short (these typically last about 45 min - 1 hour) Shadow Visit at SACS. This visit can be scheduled with the Admissions Office. During this visit the applicant will visit the classroom of the grade the student is applying for. For our 3 and 4 year old applicants parents are welcome to stay with their child during this visit. Before or after this visit we will conduct our admissions exam.

For all 2nd - 8th grade applicants a full day shadow visit is required, when possible, as part of our admissions process. During this shadow visit we will administer our admissions exam.

Important Admissions Dates

  • Applications for the siblings of current student are due before January 18, 2019 in order to receive preferential placement.

  • New Student Applications for the 2019 - 2020 school year can be submitted any time beginning October 8th, 2019. Priority is given to completed applications received by February 22, 2019. After this deadline applications are accepted on a rolling admissions basis, when space is available.
